Fish Flavor Feast (Thai Taste Tour Special)

Here is what you can expect:

1) A sampling of fish apps, salads, main courses, and desserts
2) My mom's special spicy creamy coconut tuna sauce over delicate Thai angel hair pasta, spicy fish cakes, and many other unique dishes not on the menu.
3) Whole Fish Dishes with delicate and/or robust sauces

Tour De Thai (Bike the Northway Trail w/ us)

This is no joke. Like the Tour de France, there really is a Tour de Thailand, with cyclists traveling the length of the country and all for charity.
Total Tour Distance: 1,438 miles, 2,300 km; 22 days of riding and 5 days off. Check out the tour itinerary for 2009.

With the Northway Bike Trail so close and the weather getting warmer and warmer each day, many city dwellers as well as the locals have expressed interest in biking through the reservoirs and orchards of the Northway path and having Thai food. Please email me if you are interested.
