What is a Curry Classroom?
Ever wonder what your favorite type of curry would be?  This is a great way to find out.  We start the event with curry based apps.  Then a tasting of our 5 classic curries: panang, red, yellow, green, and massamanm  all served with chicken, so you can focus on the differenct curry flavors.  The next round, we serve the 5 curries with different meats, such as beef, pork, shrimp, tofu and mock duck as well as depending on our tasters raise the heat level up a notch. Also featuring tastes of curries not on the menu, and our favorite way to eat curries.  We end the tour with a tasting of desserts.  This was one of our favorite Thai Taste Tour Themes last year.  Hope you will join us again this year.

WHAT IS A THAI TASTE TOUR?
It is a taste of as many dishes as possible from our existing menu.

It is a time to relax, laugh, meet your neighbors and hear my childhood stories of what each dish meant to me.

It is done family style where we all sit at a long table sharing and sampling as many dishes as we can, depending on the number of tasters and type of interests.

WHY COME TO A THAI TASTE TOUR?
Ever try the Thai Basil, Duck Salad, Cashew Nut, Ginger Chicken or the Eggplant?
Those are some of the dishes we had at our last Thai Taste Tour. Want to know what is the difference between Chicken Rama, Ginger Chicken, Chicken Basil, Chicken Cashew, etc..
Afraid you wouldn't like it or not sure how to eat it.

Well here is your chance to taste it and expand your knowledge of Thai food, injected with my silly childhood stories.

Here is also your chance to meet some new people, who may share your ideas, love of sports, books, movies etc. Come join us, we look forward to seeing you.

Pork pad thai or shimp pad thai? Mild, spicy, or Thai spicy? What is Lad Nha? Join us in tasting the subtle or sometimes explosive differences! You'll be sure to discover new favorites.
(NOTE: This tasting is can be very kid friendly - rice and noodle dishes are the Thai equivalent of mac & cheese or buttered noodles. Or, leave the kids at home for some spicier tastings.)

CURRY CHALLENGE
Hot, hotter and on fire. Try different heat levels and meat varieties of our classic Thai curries and find out what is your favorite. Try our curries with different rices ...although I will only ever eat a curry with sticky rice!

TOUR DE THAILAND
Since we are so close to the Northway Bike Trail, gather at the restaurant for a hearty Thai Breakfast and then bike as far south as you dare. Consume all the calories you just burned off by biking back to the restaurant for an afternoon THAI TASTE TOUR!
